Allison Traina | Bio
Allison Traina is an innovator in increasing access to the highest quality ABA therapy in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Allison began her career in child development at Lehigh University, focusing on infant studies and development.  She was introduced to ABA studies early in her undergraduate career and was drawn to the evidence-based interventions that show measurable result that increase independence and the overall quality of life for the learner. Having worked in the behavioral health field for over 15 years, Allison specializes in child development with an emphasis on language acquisition, alternative communication techniques, behavior modification and social skills.

Allison is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is a Licensed Behavior Specialist by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine. Allison is a member of the New Jersey Association for Behavior Analysis (NJABA), a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), a member of the Verbal Behavior Special Interest Group (VB SIG) and a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO).

Allison graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is the recipient of multiple scholarly awards.  She holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with an Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis Concentration from Southeastern University and has studied at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School.  Allison presents at conferences and provides workshops for parents and professionals.
